1Ch 10:13 So Saul died for his transgression

1 SAM. 10:1 Is it not because the LORD hath anointed thee to be captain over his inheritance?

To lose God's favor his anointing in your life is a tragedy King Saul had the favor of God but in the end he died an enemy of God. "Is Saul also among the prophets was the question of the people no one was sure about this man. He
was anointed ,they saw him
prophesy but he did not live a Godly life.
1Sa 10:9And it was so, that when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day.
1Sa 10:10And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.
1Sa 10:11And it came to pass, when all that knew him beforetime saw that, behold, he prophesied among the prophets, then the people said one to another, What is this that is come unto the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets? Church titles and past experiences does not validate the anointing , Saul had much of that to boast of but he lacked a realtionship with God.
2Sa 1:19The beauty of Israel is slain upon thy high places: how are the mighty fallen!
2Sa 1:20Tell it not in Gath, publish it not in the streets of Askelon; lest the daughters of the Philistines rejoice, lest the daughters of the uncircumcised triumph.
2Sa 1:21Ye mountains of Gilboa, let there be no dew, neither let there be rain, upon you, nor fields of offerings: for there the shield of the mighty is vilely cast away, the shield of Saul, as though he had not been anointed with oil.
1Ch 10:13So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not
What an awful way for someone to end there life that had at one time the blessing of God upon them. Saul died
as though he had not been anointed with oil. Paul warned us in
1Cor. 9:27 of being a castaway after preaching the gospel.1Cor. 9:27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. Friend there is more to serving God than a one time experience and shaking a preachers hand . Christianity is not religion it is a relationship it is you and I living for Christ's glory and pleasure and anything less than this is a lie and it is not Christianity. I WANT TO LIVE IN THE ANOINTING,WALK IN THE ANOINTING AND DIE IN THE ANOINTING AMEN!!!!
